MAIN DIRECTORY
For Your Reference

Welcome to our compound bow specification database and comparison charts for 2007.  Here you will find specifications for over 250 different models of compound bows being offered for sale to the public in 2007 (and several years prior).  This chart represents the lion's share of the modern compound bow market and includes many brands that we do not sell here in our store.  However, we have compiled all the data from virtually every manufacturer and constructed these charts for your reference.  We hope you find them useful in your search for that perfect new compound bow.

Help for Beginners

If you are new to archery and need help with the technical terms, we suggest you begin by reading our Compound Bow Selection Guide for a detailed explanation of the technical jargon and some common-sense bow shopping guidelines.

Reading the Charts

You may also benefit from our help section on How to Read these Charts.  This page features a brief summary of each of the important attributes as well as the computation methods we used to obtain some of data which appears in our comparison charts.  If you have questions not answered here, please feel free to email us or call us toll-free at 877-410-7811 for assistance.

Specification Changes

Please note that while we have made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the data in our comparison charts, we cannot guarantee that your new bow will precisely match the published specifications.  While some manufacturers are very exacting with their published specifications, others tend to estimate.  Additionally, bow manufacturers reserve the right to alter their products specifications at any time (and often do) throughout the bow season.  Before making a bow purchase, you may wish to check with your dealer or manufacturer to ensure that specifications haven't changed since the information was originally published.
