We first got a look at the '09 Stud at the Bowtech factory in September of 2008.  As we previewed and tested the new prototype bows, we kept coming back to the Stud for another look.  The Stud is an all new design featuring a channeled riser, a rotating module cam system, and the new string suppressor system built directly in line with the stabilizer bushing to transfer vibration away from your hand.  But setting the Stud's technical report card aside, what impressed us most was just how great this bow shoots.  As you might expect from a long-riser design with parallel-limb geometry, the Stud is not only a powerhouse, but it's remarkably stable and shock-free.
