We loved the old PSE Stinger.  Sure, it was a basic bow, but it was rugged and affordable - not to mention one of our best sellers.  Customers even bragged on their Stingers from time to time.  So when we heard the "new and improved" 2012 PSE Stinger 3G had been totally redesigned, we thought "Oh no!  The price is going up."  So much for the Stinger!  But we couldn't have been more incorrect. 

PSE changed everything about the Stinger.  The new 2012 Stinger 3G has a new X-Force inspired riser, a new thinline grip, new cam system, new pivoting limb pockets, an integrated string stop ... heck it's a totally different bow!  And as you might expect, the bow is even quieter, smoother, and more forgiving than the old model.  It's now a dramatically better bow.  In fact, the new Stinger 3G isn't really a "basic" bow any more.  This gorgeous parallel-limb sweetheart can now hold it's own against many of the big boys.

But here's the catch.  After PSE finished updating, upgrading & redesigning everything about the Stinger ... they didn't raise the price one dime!  The new 2012 Stinger 3G is still just $299 bare bow.  Amazing!  We thought it was a typo at first.  Undoubtedly the PSE Stinger was a great buy last year, but the new 2012 Stinger 3G is flatly a steal. 

In other bow lines, this bow would easily sell as a $499-$599 midline contender.  $299 just seems too cheap!  But we're not complaining!  We ordered a truckload and we have Stinger 3G's stacked to the rafters.  This is going to be one of the hottest bow package deals we've ever offered.  You can pay more for something else if you like ... but why?
