Why are
Shipping Costs Different for Soft-Cases vs. Hard-Cases? |

A: |
For large boxes, shippers
calculate the rate based on dimensional weight rather
than just actual weight. The larger the box, the more
expensive it is to ship. This is why we offer Alaska &
Hawaii customers an option. Our standard Flambeau
Hard-Shell Bow Case is very large (over 48" in total length) and
the finished box dimensions are 49"x7"x21". This qualifies
as an oversize package and generally costs more to transport.
Soft Cases are less expensive to transport because they are
lighter, smaller, and can be folded inside the packaging along
with your bow. So if you choose the soft-case option, your
order can be packaged in a much smaller box (approximately
40"x5"x15"). This often saves an additional 15-20% on the
cost of transportation. |

Can You Ship
to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO Address? |

A: |
Yes! We can deliver
your bow package to the same location you receive your regular
mail. In some areas where rural parcel delivery isn't
available, oversize boxes may need to be picked-up at your local
postal facility. Please email or call for special rates to
military addresses. |

When Will My
Order Arrive?
What About Express? |

Custom pro-shop orders take
time to complete correctly (typically 1-5 working days).
So please expect some delay from the time the order is placed
until it physically ships-out of the pro-shop. Good quality workmanship always remains our first
priority. Also please note that Priority Mail's 2-3 day
service may take an additional day to remote locations,
particularly in Alaska. |
