We
take building arrows seriously. We don't buy
"pre-fletched" mass-production arrows for sale in
our store. We know that many shooters like their
arrows to have a unique signature, perhaps a
particular sequence or colors, or a certain size and
type of fletch. So every arrow we sell is
hand-built to order. Along with creating a
personalized product for our customers, our
fletching process yields a better quality arrow set
that simply performs better than the "get what you
get" mass-production arrows sold at the big-box
retailers.

NOTICE:
Arrows are CUSTOM BUILT/CUT TO YOUR ACTUAL
ORDER SPECIFICATIONS and cannot be returned
to stock. Once fletched, inserted, or
trimmed to length, custom arrow orders
cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged
- except in rare cases of manufacturer
defects or shop-errors while building the
order. So be sure of your
specifications before ordering. Once a
custom set of arrows is built JUST FOR YOU,
they're yours to keep. |

 Hand-Built Customs
Hand-building arrows allows us do things our big-box
competitors cannot. Every raw shaft and its components
are checked for flaws in manufacturing before assembly,
every shaft gets properly prepped, and every fletch is
hand-checked for proper adhesion. Then all nocks are
properly aligned and each arrow is trimmed to your
specifications on one of our 8000 rpm high-speed arrow
saws. We then install your inserts, practice tips, and
clean the arrows to remove any oils or glue residues,
then box your arrow set for safe transport. When
your custom arrows arrive, they are 100% ready-to-shoot.
Don't
be fooled by the so-called "arrows" offered at big-box
stores. They are NOT finished arrows.
Big-box "arrows" are simply full length raw shafts which
have been machine-fletched with the cheapest available
materials. They are certainly NOT ready for field
use and their quality cannot compare with hand-built
customs.
In addition, we weigh and document every arrow set we
build. Every completed arrow set comes with our
exclusive arrow certification card, which details
the exact finished weight and specs of your arrows.
Should you ever need replacements, you'll have your
original arrow specifications handy. If you
haven't tried a set of matched custom arrows before, we
think you'll be impressed from the very first shot. |

Q: When
will my custom arrows arrive?
A: To most locations in the continental United States,
the safe answer is 7 to 10 business days. Please note
that business days are not calendar days. We put a considerable
amount of care and labor into every arrow set, as we want to
make sure we get them right the FIRST time. So if you're not
willing to wait for work to be properly performed, we ask that
you not order our custom arrows. We don't perform
rushed-quality workmanship under any circumstances. However, we
realize you're anxious to get your order and begin shooting. So
we work hard to make sure custom arrow orders are built and
shipped within 5 business days of your order. Once completed
and shipped, most orders will then be delivered via FedEx Ground
within 1-5 business days (delivery time will vary by location of
course). Please allow 1-2 days extra time during peak season
(August -Sept). Once your order system ships, you will receive
a FedEx tracking number via email. If you have any questions

Q: Can I just buy a half-dozen arrows?
A: Sometimes. If we stock a particular shaft
in-bulk lots (5 dozen rolls), then we will be glad to honor 1/2
dozen order requests by phone. However, some shafts,
particularly the more expensive models, are not available in
bulk lots and dozen packs cannot be separated. If you
