INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Most of our international orders are arranged totally via email. Due to differing time zones and different languages spoken around the world, most orders go more smoothly when conducted via email correspondence. International order inquiries should be sent to email@example.com. Please include your name, shipping address, and a detailed description of the items you would like to purchase. Please be patient. We receive many requests for international quotes and they take some time to properly prepare.
QUESTIONS AND QUOTES: If you have questions about products, sizing, or pricing, please email our customer service staff. You may select someone from our company directory if you wish, or simply email to our general inbox. Please do not CC your emails to everyone in the directory. Our spam-filer will interpret that as a spam attack and delete your email. We will respond to your emails as quickly as we can.
WE'RE A REAL STORE WITH REAL PEOPLE: We're not a distribution center, a mass-merchant, a part-time drop shipper, a hidden warehouse operation, or some kind of "Power Seller." We don't sell trolling-motors, kayaks, or golf bags - and our showroom doesn't even have a fish tank. But our showroom does have plenty of bows and arrows on display. If you live within driving distance and you would rather come to the store and shop for your new bow in person, we would LOVE to have you. We keep many sample bow packages setup and ready for try-out, and you are welcome to try any bow in the store.
