The 75 and 100 grain weights feature a cut diameter of 7/8 inch while the 85 and 125 grain weights have a 1.0 inch cut diameter. Sonics incorporate three identical blades for perfect balance and silent flight. Since the blades are solid, they resist the cavitation that has plagued fixed blade broadheads at speeds in excess of 275 fps. In fact the Hunter's Friend staff has accuracy tested this broadhead in an X-Force Dream Season at 31"/70# producing speeds in excess of 350fps and at ranges far beyond any ethical hunting distance.
