We love the information age too. We field thousands of emails and we respond to our social media messages as best we can. Nevertheless, the most reliable and efficient way to contact us is still by phone. We are open and manning the phone lines M-F 8:00am-7:00pm EST. There's no automated answering system here, so you won't even have to "press 1" to continue in English. Our menu options have not changed. Chances are, the person who answers the phone will be able to answer your question on the spot. We hate to seem old-fashioned, but sometimes a real person is still the best technology. We don't hide our phone numbers or cloak our email addresses out of public view. We don't know why some stores make it hard to find a real person, but we don't behave that way here. You need help?
